Frohe Weihnachten allis

Last night for Christmas Eve we ate our traditional meal of assorted cold cuts, many breads, assorted cheeses and spreads, wines, beers, and pickled asparagus, and other nummy nibbly treats. Fun. :)

Tonight, Christmas dinner I make German Beef Rouladen, and of course, German sweet spicy red cabbage, Potato dumplings, Sour Cream gravy and home made (no knead) Artisian bread.
