barbm Posted June 7, 2012 Report Share Posted June 7, 2012 Kathy, If the buttons on the back handle are working, but not the front, then it's not a fuse or a circuit board. Probably there's a loose connection somewhere from the mushroom handle to the plug into the head. First, unplug the handle from the head, replug and see if that takes cares of it. If not, you might have to pop the mushroom head off the end of the handle and unplug/replug it. If all that fails, call APQS Service - Amy will know what the next step is! You'll be fine! kathyb Posted June 7, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 7, 2012 I had tried the connection on the side but it didn't change anything.
