quiltingkimmy
I've been battling tension issues ever since running into an open seam on a customer's quilt....it's pretty much resolved now but last night I overheard my hubby talking to my mother in law, saying: "Well the seam was open so the hopping foot caught the fabric and the tension is bad now. She had to adjust everything, change the needle, and got lots of help from the forum online. I think the railroad tracks are gone now - she's just practicing before starting again" I love that he listens when I chatter!!! What a guy! Guest Linda S
A man who listens to what you're saying is priceless. When he gets to know the lingo, he's even beyond that. Never let him go!
NanaFuller
that is too funny. I heard my husband talking to his buddy the other day about my longarm and table. He went in my sewing room to describe it. "You should see this thing! its 12 feet long, looks like a conveor! (sp) I thought it was funny. Glad he's impressed. And when my bro stopped to help me fix the bow in my roller bars he said almost the same thing, but a bit more colorful
