sewfree21
Hell-o, I have a new to me 2008 Lennie. The wire that goes to the carriage encoder wheel for the stitch regulator has a loose blue wire. This makes Lennie not sew side to side when I want to. My question is, can I take the encoder off and repair the wire inside or do I need to replace the encoder? I just love the way the Lennie feels and I have been practicing with manual mode. Any help would be welcomed. If I need to purchase a new encoder, whom do I contact or can do it on line? Thanks in advance, Homa in Kentucky
barbm
Homa, send an email to service@apqs.com or call them on the toll-free phone number on the website - they can walk you through your options. Should be a relatively easy fix - and even if your machine isn't covered under warranty, help via email or phone is free and abundant!!
