Modern Baby Quilt

Recommended Posts

Here is a quilt I recently worked on.   I loved the green with teal together.  So different.

The solids were very dense tight fabrics to work with -  worse than batik.   You can see in one of the straight lines, I have to steam out the holes from where I restitched a line.

I used my channel locks for the first time as straight line quilting.   I always use them to straighten and square things up, but for quilting,  I found out how extremely precise things have to be!

Sharon - I used Hobbs 80/20.  The puff is always awesome when there is a mix of dense and lighter quilting!

Thank you for your kind comments.   I have one more to show that is super dense quilting that I love, and is ALL MINE!

I'll share later.
