We did spend a bit of time up in Boone and down at Culowee. Beautiful areas.. We are down in Sanford.. not the mt.s (my fav) nor in the flat lands.. hills and trees, no variety up here! We have good friends up in Greensboro who own the Ye Olde Forest Quilt Shop.. They are out on Elm-Eugene Rd. Haven't been up there in a while.. need to check on the show date.. and I just might have missed that. Hope you like where you live now, Nancy..
