quiltmom75
Hi! I am seriously considering the purchase of a long arm machine. I am fairly familiar with the Millinium and am leaning in that direction. I am OK with purchasing a used machine since they have such a good reputation. I am wondering if someone could spell out the major differences in say a 2009-2001 to a brand new machine. I know there were some big changes that took place around 2008 or so. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Busy Quilting
Prior to 2007? saw a change in the faceplates of the machines with the rabbit and the tortoise for machines speeds. Separate bobbin winder. Post 2008 machines have led lights, MnM wheels, Quilt Glide as an option, ready for M bobbin, Bliss tables as an option. Subtle changes under the hood of where the #8 screw etc were. on/Off switch moved from back to side. There were more I am sure 2013 saw the introduction of the electronic face plate, with one button switch on, default stitch length, bobbin and thread break sensors.
