I have never had a problem before. I am in an area where I don't know who to call to come and look at it. I'm desparate. I have quilts to finish. barbm Posted September 18, 2014 Report Share Posted September 18, 2014 Ninjaquilter, you can always call APQS with service issues, no matter whether your Millie is under warranty or not, on their toll-free line: (800) 426-7233. So do that first. Next: can you move your flywheel freely? If not, you may have thread around the flywheel inside the head cavity (open the left side panel and look), or something "clogging" the hook assembly (soak in WD40 and clean thoroughly).
