My rail got a dent in it so it will not glide nicely over it.  I would like to locate a replacement rail and hope someone out there in the quilting world will be able to direct me in the right place.  I know some are updating to the bliss so if this is the case I would be interested in the old rails

please contact me jben5755@speedconnect.com

I think Teresa (chickenscratch) has the same problem and posted the exact request a little while ago. I don't know if she had any replies. Maybe she'll see this and can guide you.

To generate more interest, post the length rail you need since you'll need an exact length to use with your frame.

I have not had anybody with compatible rails respond.  Jim and Nigel have been making some suggestions, but they would involve modifications to the table, rather than just replacing rails.  At this point I am willing to try anyting.  I am finally developing a decent customer base so I can't afford to mess up because of speed bumps and dips in my rails.

Marieben:  I'm sorry, I didn't see the other post that indicated you had a wooden table Ultimate 2.

All you need is a 12 foot piece of 1 inch aluminum angle, probably 11 gauge.  Once you have that you will need to very carefully drill mounting holes in the new piece exactly where the old ones where.  Then simply screw it to the table like the original.

You should be able to find the aluminum angle at a steel yard, or at least if they don't have it, they will be able to direct you to someone who does.  Jim
