meg
Hi... Just wondering if the turbo bobbin winder needs any oiling or other maintenance? I haven't used mine much lately, and will need to wind some of my own bobbins for an upcoming quilt. I've never done a thing to it, and it just occurred to me that I might be remiss. Does anybody know?

ffq-lar
I'm sure no oiling is needed. If you don't use yours for extended periods, maybe cover it with a towel to keep the dust and batting lint off. Mine is completely sealed so even that is probably not necessary. I love mine. meg
Thanks, Linda. For once, I'm not remiss! I'm sure there is no need to cover it. My housekeeping is impeccable & my studio is immaculate. I'm a prevaricator, too. In all seriousness, I'm thankful for the generosity of my fellow forum members. Especially you, Linda.
