Nancy, there should be instructions in your manual.  If not, it's fairly simple: on the right-hand side of the head (facing the needle end), there's a small plug, above and to the left of the tension assembly.  Remove the plug, and with the hopping foot and needle in the lowest position (use the flywheel to move them), loosen the screw that you can see through the hole.  If you have trouble seeing the screw, you can take off the cover on the opposite side of the head - that will let more light into that small space.  When you have finished whatever adjustments you need to make, be sure that the hopping foot is centered on the needle, and that the screw is nice and tight - you don't want that hopping foot shaft moving in the clamp.  If this isn't enough info for you, come back here and let us know!
