Tamarack
I just finished my last client quilt for the year so I thought I would share some pictures as it was so fun to quilt. My friend Lynn pieced this top using the Shimmer fabric line and a linen/cotton blend fabric for the background. The pattern is called Day Break by Jaybird Designs. I have my own Day Break quilt in batiks ready to go on my machine now that it is my turn to play and I will probably quilt it similar to what I did on Lynn's as I am really happy with how it turned out. More pictures on my blog!

Pat C
Your quilting choices are perfect for this quilt. I like how some of the blocks are quilted differently, but everything balances beautifully. Enjoyed the pretty snow too. Thanks for sharing! sdaurio
Wow she did a great job with the color choices, but your quilting just pushes it over the top. Love everything about it. And the setting for the picture. I look forward to this time of year just so I can see your quilts on the ice!
RitaR
As said by others, your choice of designs to quilt it with are just "right on hot"! Not my style at all, nor colors, but it is so pretty that I just have to comment. You have a great minds eye. Love the feathers quilted around the inside of the large star.;. um.. dark star. The white star must be the same size, yet looks so much smaller. WTG on a terrific job!
