chickenscratch
This is the one I had to finish before I left on my trip. Pulled it off the frame at one this afternoon. Hand painted blocks with batiks. Invisafil white, blue and purple king tut, moss green isacord on top and brown per wounds on back. Double layers of polyester batting. All freehand. chickenscratch
There is no stitching on the paintings. That's what she wanted so they are very poofy. Not sure I could have stitched through them anyway, very hard and crispy. Quilt is 90 x
mlsa3
That is really pretty. The quilting really makes the flowers pop out....they look so real. I have a question: The designs you did in the white square around each flower....is there a name for that design....I'm seeing more and more of that design and I really like it. It sure looks nicer than micro stippling. David

jimerickson
Teresa: If they were M's, you have only had to use 16. Half as many opportunities for something to go wrong. Jim

Cagey
You must be quilting at max stitches per minute to pump out 32 bobbins in 9 hours. That would take me 4 to 5 days to quilt that many bobbins. Outstanding job. Cagey

Boy was I exhausted. Swinging job dear, very nice. Zeke
