Enchanted Quilting
This pretty quilt has some uber unique piecing. The quilter does not want anything heavy. I will be doing CC's in the floral patterns and something flowy/grassy in the green. But take a look at the piecing of the brown near the brown border (and not two are the same). My first idea was to do some medium and small pebbles in the square and continue into the brown as needed. I would match the thread to the brown. I also thought of doing flowers with yellow or red thread and then put in green leaves that can trail off into those pieces. ANY ideas would be appreciated. She is SO proud of her quilt and is giving it as a gift. BTW, the colors are true reds and yellows...very vibrant:) Any ideas? by Charlotte Peterson, on Flickr https://flic.kr/p/uFnkTv https://flic.kr/p/vkD68A

qltnbe
It's hard to decide when you don't know how big the pieces are.
