WandaGerdes
The plan was to make my daughter a quilt for her Sweet 16. It's a bit late since I had to have foot surgery. I think it was kind of a blessing tho. She did get a car and a huge Sweet 16 Ball. I think the quilt would not have been that big of a deal compared to her car, ball gowns, party and dance with her friends. She will see it when she comes home from school today. I'm excited it's finally finished and she finally gets a new quilt with bright colors she has been asking for. I've not made her another quilt since she was 6. I hope she loves it. Sue E.
Love it! The bright colors are wonderful and the quilting is great. Is there a pattern name for this quilt?
WandaGerdes
The quilt top is a stained glass, craftsy and the quilt pattern is called a Whole Lotta Love, R n S boards. Norma that's exactly right. I picked the whole Lotta Love design boards for that very reason.

jandcembroidery
The car, gowns, and dance are all great gifts, but will they still be in her possession 20 or 30 years from now? It's looks fantastic and I'm sure she'll love it.
