If so, and it's the permenant base you keep on ALL the time, then you need to have yours made specifically for YOUR machine. Since ALL APQS machines are man made, the holes etc are drilled not in the exact position, etc so, your needle is centered on YOUR machine, so you need to contact Donita, and have her send you out a cardboard template, it will have instructions. you tape this over your needle plate and insert your needle. This shows donita EXACTLY where to drill the hole thru your extender base. I love the quilting and I have a pinwheel quilt that is ready to be quilted and would do this on mine if I knew how. I am a beginner and have not used rulers. Any help would be appreciated.
