I had the fabric for a few years, started cutting out ALL those hexies over a year ago, and just finished it up last week and got it quilted. I quilted the main part using Lisa Calles Rulers - it took a long time but I was pleased with the results. The first border was ruler and freehand work, and the outer border all freehand feathers. The last photo shows the back of the quilt using the original fabric before all the cutting, and sewing, and sewing, and sewing!
