IBQLTN2
I have a show quilt on my frame and I can't work on it with the machine popping stitches down whenever it feels like it. Help!! Don't have any other ideas.
RitaR
Jeanne, this issue was addressed some time back, and of course I can't remember hen. "Seems it had to do with the needle up/down setting. Dang. wish I could remember. It might be under banging or slamming, or something similar. Good Luck on a quick recovery. IBQLTN2
Thanks Rita. I really need to get it fixed. I have a show quilt only half done. Yikes. My weekends are my Times to get the most done.
IBQLTN2
The noise does seem to originate from the needle down area where the #8 screw adjustment is.
Oma
My Liberty has done that a few times and I adjust that #8 screw and it fixes it. I don't know it that's suppose to be the fix, but it seems to work for me. You could try it. Good luck.
IBQLTN2
I have tried to adjust that screw in the past it worked. But this seems a little different.
IBQLTN2
Update Lenni is fixed. I received a pkg from apqs today with two boards in it . A transformer board and power supply board. I was instructed to try the transformer board first as this was the more likely problem. If it didn't work then put in the power supply one. Well the transformer board worked and I'm back to quilting and Lenni is purring like a kitten. A very big thank you to Angie and the Apqs engineers who troubleshoot these problems for us. They are the best in the business. Thank you.
