delld
Emma Jo asked me to quit this quilt that her MIL pieced the Dresden Plates by hand in the 1930's. We chose to use the designs that Christy Dillion of My Creative Stitches made Spring Sunrise Set and the Promise DWR Melon with Quit Path. I used Myrna Ficken's pinched square to do the blades of the plates. l also the Wavey Ruler from Off the Edge Quilting to echo the plates. I shared this over on facebook and thought those that are not on FB would like to see what I worked on all last week. Emma Jo and her hubby Frank were so very happy with the quilting!!!! Thanks for looking. I like the back as much as the front!!!!! 20160627_150713 by Dell Dunman, on Flickr 20160627_150743 by Dell Dunman, on Flickr 20160627_152553 by Dell Dunman, on Flickr 20160627_121404 by Dell Dunman, on Flickr 20160627_155646 by Dell Dunman, on Flickr 20160628_162833 by Dell Dunman, on Flickr
