rineps Posted September 10, 2016 Report Share Posted September 10, 2016 Hi Friends, I was tacking down my thread and I believe the bottom thread caught around the hook assembly and now my needle won't go down or up and I believe that there is a thread caught. If that works, I would probably remove the upper thread back to the tension gage, generously spray in W-D40 to the hook assembly and run the machine to looses anything that might be caught.
