zeke
I had this made the other day. Kind of makes quilting a little more exiting. The place that did it couldn't cut all the holes. So I used a drill press to do the others. Pretty cool, right. Zeke.

qltnbe
That is really neat. If I may, I have one suggestion for you. I would cover the fly wheel. I have had customers who had older machines (pre-fly wheel covers) that had their machines dragging and when they opened then up found nearly a whole spool of thread wrapped around the fly wheel. If you cover it, that can't happen.

LisaC
Pretty cool is right. I would be too busy watching the mechanics going on and not looking where I am going. My husband would love this!
zeke
Since the clear view is polycarbonate, it will not create static currents. So no need for the fly wheel cover. I'm still keeping my eye on it just in case. You never know what could occur. Different materials attract different properties. We shall see! Norma H
I have a set of clear cover plates - one is on opposite side of the bobbin - I never put the bobbin side clear plate on. Believe I got them from Dave in WI a few years back. Learned that I was using way too much oil - saw the build-up thru the clear window. Some times I have to see to believe what I'm being told - Ha!
