Delle
Hi all, I am really having trouble with my stitch length on stitch regulated mode. I am trying to do some outlining around appliqué ( hope you can see in the picture) & these tiny stitches are supposed to be 7 stitches per inch, the lowest setting I have on my Freddie. I have a bliss table as well which makes things a bit harder to control but surely the stitch length should be a bit more accurate than this? Thanks! RunningThreads
Do you have the Glide option? And if so turn it off and try again. If not call Amy in service and she will get you sorted out. Nigel
Delle
Hi Nigel, yes I do. Makes no difference with it on or off. Ill ask Amy, working through lots of other issues with her about this machine so I'll add this to the list! Thanks
Jamie.bennett@hotmail.com
Delle, Did you get a solution to this stitch length problem with stitch regulator? I have the same problem. Stitch length is at the lowest setting of 7 and my stitches are very small. I've just not used the stitch regulator because of this problem but would like to have a solution. Please advise. Thank you, Jamie Bennett
SusanBee
I am having the same problem. Has anyone come up with a solution?
jimerickson
I have no first hand knowledge, but it seems to me that there was a recent post on the issue of stitch length problems, and the fix involved replacing a board. Best give APQS a call. Jim
srichardson
I had that problem with my Millie. Jim is correct, it involved replacing a board.
