Can not get the up down to stitch a single stitch, just keeps on going. Buttons will not stop the motor. Anyone else have this problem?

I bought the Milli handles, when I ordered them was told it would be hard to see as the light is lowered when you attach the new handles. I bought the handles like them, but it is hard to see past the light.

I have Angela Walters quilting negative space. I'm a new longarm quilter and the instruction is great easy to follow. Also could see that I had my machine to low, much better now that we have adjusted the height.
