  2. Oh my gosh Heidi!!! HOW DO YOU GET ANYTHING DONE??? The twins are adorable and I can see that "who me?? I didn't do it " look on Landon's face Irresistible just isn't strong enough !! I wish I could hug then right through my screen!! So many YEARS OF HAPPINESS TO COME! ...... I don't need to tell you to ENJOY Now, back to quilting. Since I am new to longarm, and just did my quilt with QD wool,, I too am going to switch to that full time. Thanks for your info. Happy Quilting,
  3. Penny.. Wow, the Piecing / COLOR CHOICES and the Quilting are OUTSTANDING! BOTH of you deserve all the AWARDS! Thank you for posting
  4. Heidi, Absolutely Adorable.. I would hug and kiss them too May I ask , did you use all flannels? I'm new, but have use the Quilters Dream Wool, and I LOVE IT! Thanks for sharing, and I am so happy both twins are doing great! Happy creating!
  5. Thanks Ann and Kathy, That is what I figured I was going to have to do Thanks for the response and I love both projects, there are so many ideas popping thru my brain!! I already had placemats in mind.. oh boy, now I can add big Christmas stockings for the Grandkids!! I want to do so much and seems all the other projects in life (especially summer time) get to take precedence over sewing! I really can't wait to try this.. at least I will be able to play with my new Lucey with smaller projects, just so that I can "play" and not have to wait until I finish a whole big quilt. Happy Quilting and Thank you
  6. Jeanne just posted a Beautiful picture of her Granddaughters with their completed Pillows.. I would love to do small items on my new Lucey as they did... How do I load small items like Pillows, table runners etc on my Lucey frame? I only need a small piece of backing fabric, so this really has me stumped! Thanks for the insight. Happy Quilting
  7. Jeanne, What "Wonderful Memories" PRICELESS!! Thank you for sharing
  8. Connie, Can you please post what you actually ended up using and how you did it? I am so glad that you were able to get the ink out especially on cream color. I was very fortunate a while back too. The Hairspray trick worked for me, so I know the relief your feeling Thank you for the post, everyone is so much help on this site
  9. Hum... Very interesting... Mary Beth, will you please go a step or two further and tell me which Battings you do not want in your house?? I certainly do not want to buy a big roll of something and then find out it isn't a preferred batting. I am new to all of this and have used the Quilters Dream and love it.. I would rather pay more and be happy than buy a roll of grief for less Thank you for your information Have a Wonderful Day!
  10. Congrats... that is the WORST part KNOWING it is so close YET SO FAR AWAY!! I would want to be in the truck and on my way too.. but I must say.. those rail beams are "really heavy"!! let the Delivery guys get them in the house!! I sure wish I had your 28 years of experience.. YOU ARE GOING TO BE AMAZED AT THE FREE GLIDING MOTION OF APQS MACHINES!! please post some of your quilting.. I can't wait to see it When Millie shows up.. make sure to take some time to breathe I am so Happy for you!
