  1. I challenged myself to come up with a music quilt celebrating my 40 years of music ministry in church and parochial schools that was modern in nature and a bit out of my box. Here is what I came up with. Had lots of fun using templates and using free motion to create movement in the negative spaces.
  2. I love house quilts, this is my first one. It was easy & fun to do, Sonia my friend helped me piece this quilt. The houses reminds me of tract houses where we live now & before here in CA. 2nd picture is not sharp, I have to improve my photography skill. Pattern by Cluck, Cluck Sew
  3. Lately I've been making modern type of personal quilts. This one I quilted with random spirals with light grey Glide thread & used warm & natural 100% cotton limited edition (thicker but no scrim, stretchy, an experiment on my own quilts) Quilted with 1 spiral pattern from IQ library that I resized & manipulated in various sizes & density. It was not fast quilting, but very precise & fluent circles, IQ is a great tool. Thanks for looking.
  4. I just finished designing, piecing and quilting this on my George. I guess I like variety in free motion. This was a lot of fun to quilt. I don't know how good the pictures are, though.
