I was injured in my face in a car accident and needed to live on liquids for four years until I could get it surgically reconstructed. (Insurance issues) During that time I developed over 275 recipes for liquid and soft food. I used it, my elders have used it as needed and many others have found it to be a great resource that enabled them to thrive while recoperating from illness or trauma. I have it now available on a .pdf format and cd's for sale for $30.00 With both my husband and I laid off of work I am trying to get this out to the public.
