quiltinginthecountry
I don't know if this has been mentioned before but, I just saw this really cool "U Tube clip". It's about the light dot what shines on the panto. This lady took blue tack and taped it around the sides of the laser light. She took an "icing cake tip" and wedged it right on. Instead of having the laser light shine on two sides of the panto line it shined on top of the line. Easier to follow. I know there are some newbies on the forum just like me. I hope somebody can use this too. Anya

witha'K'quilting
Are you talking about this clip? Interesting, however, my laser light width is only an 1/8" round anyways. It isn't 1/4" wide as hers is.
Sheri Butler
Thanks Kristina! I believe Sharon Schamber sells some tips, as she does this on her Prodigy Longarm. You might want to check out her site as well. I know she uses them for her glue bottle, but the same can be used on the laser light.
meg_marsh
I have taken a couple of layers of painters tape and covered the end of the laser - then poke a tiny hole in the tape - gives you a very tiny dot which I love.
JustSewSimple
A good friend taught me to take a piece of tape and place it over the face of the lazer light then put a pin hole in the center. Worked great for her. Oh Meg, I didn't see your post. Great minds.......

I got a very small pinpoint stream of light and the tape has been on for cpl yrs. Cheap and I didn't haev to buy anything special
