I can't say that when I "grow up " I want to be just like you, cause if I grew up anymore, well, too much water (& grey hair )under the bridge now, so I will just keep trying to do as well as you do! The construction of this quilt is top notch work so I doubt we will see very many of these in our lifetime. I have been working on mine for 2 years now! ClaudiaPfeil Posted August 19, 2006 Report Share Posted August 19, 2006 I?ve told you something wrong....sorry for that!: Hildegard hasn?t sewn this quilltop out of 1 inch hexagons - they were 1/2 inch hexagons!!!! Much more respect to the piecer Hildegard and the quilter Sherry!:cool: Hildegard was in the shop today and she was really excited ,proud and happy that this thread has got soooooo many responses !
