Dreamscapes
Hello to all, As a registered nurse since 1977 full time, one foot surgery and now on my feet 6-10 hrs in a day I promise to take good care of my feet and back etc. i'm new to this site,so I'll share what I'm doing that works for me. I have 3 (4'x8') stall mats from feed store where I buy horse supplies, and 2 restraunt or food service mat the kind with holes, then hallrug runner. My feet feel very spoiled. my underfloor is cement slab with marble in my family roomthat i've taken over. Yes I do wear crocs almost always year around. I've learned so much from innovations this year , a new long arm group of great laddies, and lots of practise quilts for american hero quilts, local shelter quilts , and veterans, and local cuddle quilts. Growing and having so much fun.
GERRY
I were my sandles from last summer, they have squishy heels, infact I find that I wear them in the house alot, though I'm a die-hard bare-foot kind of gal.
