Busy Quilting
I was quilting a swirls pattern board from the back of my machine, but only in the body of the quilt. I was having difficulty starting and stopping right on the edge of the sashing and SID to the next part of the swirl. So I got out a Dark Pink permanent texta and marked a vertical line on the back of the hopping foot in line with the needle. Much easier to then see when I was in the ditch. Helped a bit to clean off the dirt then I also got a better reflection of the dark and light fabrics on the foot too. Lyn
Quilt Happy
How did you get the vertical line to be in line with the needle, Lyn? Sounds like a great idea!
Busy Quilting
Ferrari I eyeballed it!. But if you push the head far enough away from you, then you can almost get your head in the throat to check it. That sound like it has nothing to do with quilting at all..... gibberish day today.
