clebby
Hi! I'm a new Lenni owner (just delivered Monday!) and I'm just learning how to operate my beautiful machine. One problem I'm having, is when I advance my quilt, there's no brake system for the take-up roller, and it keeps unrolling and making my quilt too loose. What am I missing? Can anyone help this poor newbie?
barbm
Clebby, there should have been two "pressure brakes" included in your shipment - one goes between the two front rollers and one goes between the two back rollers - did you maybe put them both on the two front rollers? If you didn't get two brakes with your Lenni, contact your sales rep or APQS directly to get a second one. That's how you keep the proper tension on your quilt sandwich. Have fun with your new baby! clebby
HaHaH!!! That's it!! Yep, my husband (of course, I have to blame him put them both on the front two and I never thought to question it! Thanks for your quick reply! I've barely begun to use my machine and I'm already in love!
