I finally have time and tried to open them, and it isn't letting me. Yes - I know it is Easter but this is the first day my husband has had a chance to help me try and change the wheels. I emailed Dawn but I am guessing that goes to her at work. Thought maybe someone might be online, or maybe she would see this on the forum........ He must have done something right because my machine did NOT tweak-out and have a problem... not at ALL.... all day long!!!
