chrisquilter
Here are two of the three quilts I finished for my daughter and two granddaughters. The black and white one is a QR code for the word "Ampersand" My daughter Noelle is a librarian so I asked her for her favorite word and here it is. You can actually download an APP on your phone and point it at the quilt and it will read "ampersand". Whew! Am I glad it works! I have a "dumb phone" so I was unable to test it before I quilted it. I had a friend proof read my piecing and hoped for the best. The little I-Spy quilt is one of two identical quilts for the little girls Ireland Rose and Penny Sue. We had such a fun holiday! amphersand (3) by chrisquilt00, on Flickr penny sue's I spy by chrisquilt00, on Flickr

Primitive1
How cool is that? I love the Ispy quilt too. I downloaded that scan thing and added it to my LA business card that when scanned goes to my FLickr account, what a great idea to make it a quilt! Heritage Keepsakes
The Ampersand quilt is amazing! It's possibilities for modern quilting, a male or even as a gift for that techno person in the family, make it a very versatile quilt to do. But I just love the I spy. The colours look amazing.
