cegates
I remember a post about this but couldn't find it. Occasionally my top thread will break but somehow the machine picks up the end and just keeps going, leaving a short length of top thread hanging on the back. The front looks fine until you pick at it to pull up the broken thread. I can hear the thread snap. This happens only with some threads, and slowing down seems to keep it from happening as often. It is going to take a long time to go back and repair these areas on the quilt I am working on now. How can I prevent this? Thanks in advance.
