whatever66
I really need help on my new machine as I stitch the tension changes. I have made sure the timing is correct needle on and on I do not understand why it just changes as I stitch Any ideas appreciated It is now just going from right to left or vise versa even ging up and down. Let alone a curve. Lol
Cagey
Try increasing your needle speed, and slowing down your machine head movement. The quilt sandwich, needle, and thread all have to move/work in unison to have good tension. That being said, this may help. http://www.apqs.com/adjust-tension Cagey
LisaC
Is that the top of quilt? It may be the way your thread is unwinding off your spool or cone. Have you tried a different thread?
Charlene
When I have a tension problem, for me, it is usually the bobbin. Try changing the bobbin. Charlene
whatever66
I think I have it. It is a magnetic bobbin. They need to be tighter but it was too tight. So when I loosened the bobbin and tightened the tension it worked out
