I was taking some tacking stitches when the machine made a noise like it does at a thick seam. The needle went down but it won’t come up. Turned machine off and on... nothing, tried turning the fly wheel manually but it won’t budge. I was able to get the bobbin case out no problem. I can see the tip of the needle in the bobbin area. The machine doesn’t make any noise when I turn it on now. Can anyone help? I have a 2016 Lenni. Thanks so much! pat
