Another Midnight Quilter

I recently purchased a 2012 Millie and had the 12' frame shortened to 11' to fit my quilting studio. I had the machine moved and installed and the leaders go right to the edge of the rollers. What is the best space to have between the leader and end of the roller bars? I am going to remove them to add a casing for the red snapper system and will shorten the width a little. I want to be sure I can make a king size quilt on the frame and currently the leaders are 115" wide. Thanks
