  1. Marilyn, So sorry for your loss, Prayers with you and your family.
  2. Very exciting. Great you can watch and share these moments with her.
  3. Sandra, I will put you on my prayer list. Know you are not alone.
  4. Oma I think we all need to vent sometimes. I know I do. I live in the middle of nowhere and just need someone to listen. Your in my prayers.
  5. Amystorm, I did this very thing yesterday while trying to cleam my Millie. She snatched up that rag and scared the tar out of me. I got it cut out and everything seems to be working okay. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one this has happened to.
  6. Connie, your sister will love what ever you do. Just pour all your love for her into this quilt and it will be perfect. Prayers for you and your family.
  7. Congratulations!! I have had my Millie for about 2 mo. now. I love her. My teenage boys accuse me of kissing her goodnight. ( and I do. I love her so much.) Have fun. This forum is full of info and knowledgeable poeple.
  8. Thank you all for taking the time to comment.. It was fun and took a lot of the fear away. And ripping out stitches isn't fun but can be done. I am loading another sampler now. Thanks everyone.
  9. Okay... I finaly finished my first quilt. I had the stomach flu and family distractions but I finished.I learnedd so much on this calendar BOM sampler. For me just finishing it and not let perfection distroy the fun was a huge thing for me, but I did it. YEAH!!!!!! Thank you to all the suggestions and support. You ladies are great.
  10. Thanks for the encouragement from all of you dear ladies. I am working on it and will post it when I finish. I am learning a lot of thing with this one that I can take forward on future quilts. I am very slow.
  11. I hope someday I can do this. One step at a time.
  12. Thanks Orby, I'm new too, and am gleaning so much from this forum. My problem is I spend half my time looking for the thing I had in my hand just a minute ago.HaHa(funny but true none the less)
