    Did you reach them? They just moved their Des Moines showroom to a new location in Carroll, IA at the very end of October. They are still in transition, so perhaps that’s why there is a delay in service?

    When we visited the new APQS facility in October, they said the frames come with each new machine now and are not sold separately, so it may be hard to find a buyer unless someone happens to already have a frame.
