  1. Thank you guys it morning here in Alaska and im on my way to work will cal as soon as I get there I know that the grounding wire is attached but it may be attached in the wrong place. yes I have the new wheels. I checked all the connections. changed the mushroom heads friom front to back as that is the side we always work from checked the fuse. any connection I could find I checked to make sure it was tight wall plug everything. alll the lights stayed on just stopped stitching so I am in agreement that it must be a grounding issue so will call in about an hour when I get to work. thanks s

  3. I just read our post and wanted to tell you that in my opinion that your customer is the one in the wrong. you said that you have been quilting for sometime and have done about 3000 quilts. It is my opinion and I awork in retail and quilt ing as well that this individual is trying to justify her actions by blaming you. please dont take this personally she feels guilty about not following through on her part of the bargain and is just being ugly. I hope this helps you feel better as I am sure that it is her stuff your dealing with and not yours. have a great day or evening. merry

  5. good morning ladies just wanted to add a little somethine on the backs i have a closet pole that when i go to load my backing i toss this closet pole into the center it gives just a little bit of weight to the fabric as i begin to roll on to my leaders. it gives it just a small amount of taughtness and helps it to load for me it seems to keep from haveing wrinkles as i roll onto the bars. i had a long pole from the store one day and i just tossed it into the center of the backing to see what happened. it keeps a small amount of tension on the backing so you can smooth as you roll. have a

  12. good morning: we purchased a millie 2 years ago and we just love her. we use hobbs 80/20 as batting and king tut thread on top and bottom or perma core. the tops and backing are cotton as well we seem to have a little floating of thread on the baack when we do tight curves or swirls and this happens with the stitch regulator or manual. it is worse on batiks. we give MARTHA a d&c after each quilt and wax her runners and clean her well new needle and all. d&c=dust and cleaning. we absolutely love the machine. we have done several hundred quilts in that two year period. we have
