  1. Maybe the needle up/down adjustment. Used to be a common issue after a new machine has a few hours on it. Links below first is for machines with LED light and second is for fluorescent light machines. 3. Click on their screen name and send them a message. It will go to the email they used to join the site. The original poster has not been here since the original post two months ago. Nigel
  4. Try rocking the hook back and forth with the thumb wheel while gently pulling on the thread tails. Once you get the thread out rotate the thumb wheel a couple of turns by hand before you turn the power back on. If by chance the machine won’t power on you have most likely have a blown fuse. Hope this helps. Nigel
  5. Got a RV? Make a trip out of it. I picked up my 14 foot rails and bars in Kansas and brought them home (1000 miles) inside my fifth wheel camper. The girl that bought my machine used a horse trailer to pick it up. She is a farmer. Nigel
  6. Gail I think the term you are looking for are C-clips. I bought some from Matt Sparrow about ten years ago, don’t know where you could get them now. Nigel
  7. Something in the back of my mind says not all tables came with the truss. I think the 12 foot tables were ok without but the 14 foot one would sag in the middle. In the following video I don’t see a truss at the 2:12 mark. The video also shows the cam adjustment for the wheels. Four wheels adjust and four are fixed. https://www.apqs.com/table-adjustments-video/ Hope this helps. Nigel

  10. Does the motor run? If not I suspect you have blown the fuse for the motor. If it is a Canadian machine you will have a fuse under the cover for the motor see page 100 in this manual. https://www.apqs.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/APQS-Millie-Millie-30-Freddie-Manual-20210922.pdf Nigel
  11. You realize the post is almost three years old and the original poster never came back on the forum. Nigel
  12. That is the same kit I found on the APQS site for the same price. The needlebar uses the same bushings and they are installed with the same loc-tite.
  13. APQS has the kit in their parts store on the main website, I suggest calling or emailing to make sure you get the right one. Since you will be in there anyway you may want to check your needlebar bushings for wear and replace at the same time. Ask APQS to email the instructions, they are well written and easy to follow. If you just want the ruler foot only, maybe someone who has upgraded to the interchangeable system would pass on the old ruler foot to you. Timing instructions can be seen here https://www.apqs.com/timing-apqs-machine-video/ . Nigel

  17. Go to you original post and click on the three dots in the top right of the post. Click on edit, delete all the text and type in sold and then save. Nigel
  18. Jan Try a new screw if you have one. I believe they are #4-40 if you go to the hardware store. Also as Betsy said all the APQS machines I’ve seen have two threaded holes opposite each other. Nigel
  19. Was it this one? https://www.cleanersupply.com/Bags/Plastic-Bags/Comforter/comforterblanket-bags-12pack/?sku=COMF20BK If I remember correctly we used the three smaller sizes. Nigel
  20. That would be the largest backing you could load. The top is usually a few inches narrower. Nigel
