  1. Top right corner of your post should be three dots. Click on them and you should see edit, click on that and remove all the type and then type in sold and save. Don’t know if you can edit that far back, if not I guess you will have to ask the APQS to have the forum administrator do it for you. Best of luck Nigel
  2. You have probably already checked the check spring for a groove also.
  3. If I remember correctly Leigh has a Millie. Take a good look at your pigtails, they do get a groove worn into them over time. Short term fix is to turn them upside down until you get new ones. Nigel
  4. I’m not sure what table you have without a picture and haven’t looked at new machines in several years but this might be the answer. On the old deluxe table (I assume it is still the same) remove the Allen bolt at the left end of the leveling bar and then remove the bar from the mounts. Loosen the lock nuts on the mounts and count the number of turns you unscrew the mount to get to the right height. Unscrew the other mount exactly the same number of turns, hold the mount in place and tighten the lock nuts, instal bar and test. When properly adjusted you should be able to to get your index finger up to the first knuckle between the bar and the machine. Best of luck Nigel
  5. Sue The seller hasn’t been on the forum since before Christmas. Click on her name and you will see a message icon, click on that and send her a message. That will go directly to the email address she used to join the forum. Best of luck it sounds like one hell of a deal. Nigel
  6. If you raise the back of the table you will be pushing the machine uphill and pulling it downhill. I think you would find it very hard to control the machine. You are told to level the machine when you first set it up so it requires equal effort to move in all four directions. Nigel
  7. Did you try the phone number or email in the ad? The seller hasn’t been on here since they posted the ad. Good Luck Nigel
  8. Reported, looks like spam. My apologies if it is not and you have simply misunderstood Tonilyn is selling not buying.
  9. Take a good look to make sure there is not any thread wrapped around the axle. Could be a bad bearing but I don’t remember anyone ever posting about a seized one before. Let us know what you find. Nigel
  10. I inquired about a twelve foot Bliss table about eight years ago. At that time a new table was about five thousand dollars. I doubt they are any less expensive now. Nigel
  11. The best way to contact someone on a forum that hasn’t left contact information. Click on their name and then select send message that will go straight to their email. Nigel
  12. Which machine do you have and how old is it? Several of us had similar issues when we changed to M&M wheels on the older machines. Turned out to be a static electricity issue playing havoc with the electronics (mostly in dry winter climate). APQS came up with a grounding kit that seemed to work well. Maybe drop an email to service and describe your problem. Support has always been excellent regardless of whether your machine is under warranty or not. Nigel
  13. When we were new we used to add a piece of fabric to the left or right of the quilt top and do a little test there. Then you can turn the edge of the quilt sandwich and see the back and adjust if needed. Also we were taught to pull on the bobbin tail every time you insert a bobbin to make sure it felt right. If you are getting lint from the thread then clean out the lint under the bobbin tension finger with the corner of a business card. Superior So Fine became our most often used thread because it runs so clean and that change alone eliminated ninety percent of our tension issues. If you haven’t seen it before I recommend watching the Thread Therapy videos with Bob Purcell. We attended one of his seminars many years ago and not once did he promote his brand over another. What you need to know is not on the label. 14. A price and contact info might help with your sale. Nigel
  15. Follow this thread for the concept. I’m not sure if there is a ready made solution for your table but you could inquire. https://forum.apqs.com/topic/35177-texas-hold-em/ Nigel
  16. Find a drill bit the same diameter or a fraction smaller than the needle shank. Put that inside the needle bar and twist with your fingers and pull out. The machining may have left some debris behind. Nigel
  17. Probably available from your local hardware store. I know I can find them at Lowe’s in Canada. I suggest taking the old one with you to match up or at least make note of the amperage and the length of the old one, also it must be a slow blow or time delay type. Nigel
  18. Where you are located and contact info might help. Good luck with the sale and enjoy your retirement. Nigel
