  1. I don't know if you are computerized or not, but he is one. https://www.digitizedquiltingpatterns.com/shop/category/free-downloads/
  2. I baste the edges on both sides and then just quilt off the edges. Rarely I will catch the edge and it will flip when coming back on the quilt top but this doesn't happen often.
  3. I liked the leadergrips because they were thinner but they also cracked pretty quickly for me so I replaced mine.
  4. I really like it. You did a great job with the quilting too.
  5. What size table do you have? I have a machine set for a 14 foot table that I would like to sell.
  6. I would say Warm and Natural. I think it used to be thicker years ago than what it is now.
  7. Thanks for letting me know. I am going to try this.
  8. Pepsi Girl, So do you take the basting stitches out as you get to them or after the quilt is finished?
  9. I am glad that it was just a blown fuse. Your quilting is great.
  10. I would suggest that you have blown a fuse. Check that.
  11. I had the same problem with my leadergrips. My husband did the same thing with the screws and it worked. I have a set of zippers to sell if you are interested.
  12. I have a set of 3 zippers for a 14 foot table that I would like to sell. I have added leadergrips to my new milli but they do take extra fabric and they do get in the way.
  13. I went to Dawn's post and switched to a size 4 needle, tightened the top and bottom tension, set stitch length to more stitches per inch and things are much better. Thanks for all of the advice.
  14. When my milli changes direction I am getting an occasional flat lining of the bobbin thread and then it will straighten out and stitch fine again. I have checked for lint in case, changed threads, changed needles , and messed with the tension but have not solved the problem. Any suggestions?
  15. Cagey, we recently replaced the bulbs in our can lights with LED bulbs that are even better. You just remove the housing (I really don't know the right term) unplug the clip on the wire, and this LED light clips in to the wire and you put cover on. The replacement lights were about $35.00 for two from Lowes. You might want to look at them.
  16. I have the sizzix pro and it will take Go, studio, and sizzix dies which is really great. I try to buy dies when they are on sale too.
  17. I put mine with the smoothest side to the backing and bumps to the back of the quilt top. Works for me.
  18. I agree about the new appliances. I bought an expensive Samsung stainless steel dishwasher thinking it would last a long time. WRONG. It would not dry the dishes and took 3 hours to run a load. It finally would not fill up to wash. I replaced it with a cheaper model (not a Samsung). I also bought a new washing machine at the same time I got the Samsung dishwasher. It has had problems too but a repairman told my husband what was wrong with it over the phone because he had worked on so many of them. I really wish I had my old washer back with the rotary dial knobs too.
