Glad to still be here and it is Fall 2013, so happy Fall to you All! Enjoy the time we have and share knowledge and friendship!

I happily welcome Spring 2013 and feel better than I have in a long time. I am eating better and getting moderate exercise, drinking lots of water and trying to relax more. Seems to work. Also friends help.
