  3. 2012 Freedom with Quilt Path for Sale Great machine, equipped with a 12' table. Has Bliss, Glide, lots of extras. I am downsizing and sorry to let go of this machine. It is easy to service and a joy to quilt with. Recommend taking an online Quilt Path class. I did and was up and running very quickly. I have used this machine lightly for quilting for customers (maybe one a week) and my own. Comes with hundreds of digital patterns (about $1000 in cost) as well as lots of Glide thread and prewound bobbins in tons of colors. Also, a bobbin winder, Hartley fence and rulers. Has electric advance. Email me at rskohl88@gmail.com if you are interested. It is located in Northern California. Over $30,000 invested. Asking $18,000. Path for Sale
  4. The machine is located in Eureka, CA. I will be happy to show someone how to disassemble the machine. I have all the instructions on reassembly and APQS has great videos. Susa

  8. I'm looking for ideas for quilting a Bargello quilt. My customer has used very tiny pieces, about 1x2 inches. I previously quilted a different Bargello for her using what looked like contour lines on a map. I wanted to do something different on this one. Her color placement looks a little like a Navajo rug or Mandala. It's so beautiful, and I really want to complement her piecing and not overshadow her work. Any ideas? Thanks Susan

    Ultimate II

The machine is located in Eureka CA
  10. I had the same problem with the rulers not being tight at the screws and they didn't get exactly where I wanted them. So, DH went and got rubber gaskets and new screws (longer) so I could tighten it down. Still not the best, so I just use the rulers as guides. Doing a whole cloth quilt now with lots of parallel lines and have been using them as a long template. Working good. I might save up for the Circle Lord, but that is pretty pricy. Anyone have any comments about using Circle Lord groovy boards vs. QuiltEZ? Susan;)
  11. If I'm very lucky and verry verry good Santa is bringing a new table and Bliss upgrade for my U2, but I'm not usually that good, so I just bought myself a new hopping foot to replace recently broken on and some stencils for making registration lines ala Linda Taylor.

    Online quilting school?

Also, long arm university has online classes. I've never tried them though. QNNTV.com has some great shows including Linda Taylor that you need to subscribe to see. Around 25$ per year and there are several shows that are just long arm. I've learned alot from watching them. Even though I've only been long arming for a year and only for myself I think even an experienced quilter could learn a bit. Susan
