What do you prefer, overalls or custom?

Do you charge extra for minkie backs? How about t-shirt top with minkie back?

Does anyone have a pattern for a tartan? We have a Scottish friend who recently had a baby. I want to create a tartan plaid from solid fabrics in his room's colors. Are there patterns or do I need to create one unique to him?
