  1. A customer sent me a double sided quilt. The problem is the back is the same size as the front. How can I quilt this?
  2. I have this problem with a brand new machine and table and I've been long arm quilting for over 2 decades. May I ask if you are floating your quilt top? If so try to attach the end of it. Hope this helps.
  3. Occasionally when I'm quilting along suddenly I will notice that my tops stitches look loose, that's when I notice that my thread has come out of either the pigtail guide on the side of the machine or the one above the needle. I've tried tightening and loosening my tension which hasn't helped and changing it either way more will effect my stitch balance. Why is this happening and what can be done to stop it? I have an Ult. ll and I'm using glide thread and prewound bobbins.
  4. When I pull my bobbin thread up through to begin quilting my bobbin thread will break. I have to take it out, pull enough length out to be able to pull it back up through the quilt again. This happens about 50% of the time and when doing a continuous design it doesn't happen often only when you're doing designs that require a lot of stopping and starting. I'm being very smooth with my take off, I'm not jerking the machine. Any suggestions?
