  1. I love it, I love it. You clever people. Wish I were more mechanical inclined to make my own. I have ideas a plenty but no way to put them to work without someone helping me. Because I injured my hands awhile ago I had trouble rolling the backing unto the bottom roller. I figured a way to attach a handle/crank to my roller but needed to do some welding, so... I got a friend to do the welding, Now I have no problem cranking that roller to keep my backing taut, yeah.... Great job people. When there is a will there is a way!!!!
  2. Hi everyone, I very seldom post or reply to posts but this one, has really upset me. Yes, I have heard about the dealings with Dave Sr. after he had set up my older Millie a few years ago, luckily, I did not have problems. I do feel Judi's exasperation and the frustration of not having a running machine, but I feel this forum is not the place to accuse, slander and muddied others' names and ruin their reputations. I agree with Shana, this should be a matter settled by a lawyer or a small claims court. We must remember that one little " bleeding thread" can really taint the whole quilt, so one ugly word spoken in anger can ruin friendships and forums friends in this instance. Lets be civil and respectful of one another. Merry Christmas to all!!! Lucrecia Pawlak
  3. Hi, Racine is a skip and a jump from Eat Troy. You can come and view this machine in action and test drive it. Just let me know when would you like to visit. You can send a text to 262-441-9138. Lenni is stitch regulated, has zippered aprons, laser light for pantograph and the standard front and back handles.
  4. Sharon, this machine does not have the Bliss tract system. It has the stitch regulator.I will try getting pict. It is in East Troy, WI. I am still using the machine. It runs perfectly.
  5. For Sale 2008 Lenni. $4,800 Lenni is on a 12 foot table made for a Millie. It has a bar for the batting. I bought this machine from a local dealer, so I am the second owner. I have used Lenni to quilt personal and charity quilts only. Lenni has been well taken care of. Last check up was about two years ago by the then dealer. I am sorry to let it go but I can not enjoy two machines at the same time. I now have a Millie that I need to pay attention to. Pick up only. Located in SE Wisconsin

  7. Hi everyone, and thank you Sharon for asking the same question I have. My 2005 Millie came with that feature which I do not use at all. I called APQS, got a good answer but I love all of your input much better. I have been twiddling my fingers about this for some time. Now I can act. This is a great helpful group with lots of information . Thank you
  8. Hi Zeke, I live in WI., I have my long arm in the basement and it can be very humid there. I do use a ton of DampRid around my machines. It works for me. Beside that I use the Sewer's aid on my thread. I hardly have any problems. I know you enjoy your CQ a lot. My question is, have you ever had a problem with it? I acquired one second hand but I am having problems getting it to work for me. CQ is installed on a 2005 Millie. I still have my Lenni since I am hesitant to give it up. At this time an IQ or QPath is unattainable. Any help from anyone who has or had a CQ is welcome and appreciated.
  9. Hi everyone and to you Zeke, I read all of your posts all the time but seldom post myself. Zeke, it is a pleasure to read your posts and friendly comments. I for one, will be missing your posts while you are moving to SC. Have a safe trip. Lucrecia
  10. I am interested to know more about the compuquilter set up. Can you reply to lpawlak2010@yahoo.com Thank you
  11. Hi Dave, new-to-forum here, My heart aches for you, I know the feeling of loosing a brother let alone two in such a short time. Quilting is the best remedy for an aching heart. Your approach is exactly what you need. Clam shells will be beautiful. Make sure you put on some music that reminds you of them and while stitching relive joyful times together as brothers just like clam shells stitched as if joining hands for ever. Just go for it, no worries, no stressing, just you and your brothers. Lucrecia
  12. I hardly ever post but this has touched my heart. Prayers being said for EM. May an army of angels keep watch over her. Lucrecia
