  1. I did, I actually have a spare board for that part and tried to replace it and it still didn't work.
  2. Here is a brief update. I have looked at every connection and it all looks right. No unplugged wires, no broken wires. With the right rear handle plunged directly into the machine everything on the handle works properly. If I plug it in through the compuquilter system the right rear handle no longer works but it does turn the top indicator lights on when I try to push a button. Also from the software when I try a one stitch, the lights on the top of the machine turn on but nothing actually happens. I am not sure what else to try, any suggestions would be great. I will try to call into APQS in the morning and see if they can help further.
  3. Thanks Zeke, Im pulling out the screwdriver now. Any direction on where to look first of that issue?
  4. Checked that already as well as all the connections. Still no luck.
  5. The you for the help. It did not help identify or resolve the issue but I did get into the menu. I still can not get CQ to control the needle at all, it will only move the machine.
  6. Can someone help me with finding the CQ system settings page. I am running CQ5 and the manual references it as a place to look when the head will move but there is no needle control. I have tried everything listed in the forums and am still having the issue.
