I have had same issue four times to be exact. Thick seams being hit directly and needle breaks putting a hole in both top and backing. I’m scared to death when I’m quilting now that it could happen at any time. I was advised to slow down. I generally run it at 1 which is fairly slow. With the IQ you can’t avoid seams. I am asking if anyone has found a solution to this issue. Is a larger needle or titanium needle work?
